  - only available in a 1 mg/ml concentration (previous multidose vials were 1.5 mg/ml)

  -  cost is about 50% higher than previous multidose vials (and that's assuming no wastage)

• Besse has dropped this drug from there list and dose not expect to carry it at anytime in the future
